it’s all about mesh

You may have already noticed that black mesh pieces are totally tending at the moment. As dresses, or shirts or skirts – back mesh fabric is an awesome way to make an outfit stand out. It comes hand in hand with a edgy, lot of the times even grungy look that I like lots. So when I saw this dress I had to pick it up and give it a go.

how to style

As it was freezing cold on this day I was a bit limited with outfit options (so time for summer!). I simply combined the dress with a basic black skinny jeans that has some nice distressed knee parts and a plain black top. It’s a Jamie jeans form Topshop, my favorite cut if it comes to skinny jeans. I think the coolest way to wear mesh is to don’t fully cover the skin underneath because that’s all what mesh is about, right?

You already know I’m obsessed with the color blush and so I paired it with my latest find, this awesome oversized pilot jacket. I got it off another fashion blogger, what makes me really happy (we should shop way more vintage and second hand peeps!). The buckle boots in the same color shame are just an extra hint of color to make the whole look more interesting. By the way, these boots are one of the most comfy ones I’ve ever worn. Usually I have to break in every pair of shoes (even sandals) but not with these! I have them in black as well and got this color too because they’re just so amazing to walk in.
